This sparkling Vouvray is 100% Chenin Blanc, organically farmed and hand-harvested in France’s fairytale-like Loire Valley. Made using the méthode ancestrale—an old-world technique where fermenting juice is bottled before completion and finishes fermentation in bottle without added sugar or yeast—the result is a brilliant, bone-dry wine with remarkable finesse and purity. Lemon peel, apricot, and white peach are accented by a touch of honey, toasted almond, and a dash of cream. Vibrant and textured, with a long, mineral finish.
