INDEX - Modulation index for the primary operator. OFFSET - Modulation Index for 2nd and 3rd oscillators. SWELL - BPM synced lowpass filter modulation rate. Use this control to create rhythmic pulsations or turn it up to rapid modulations for an AM-type effect.  ORBIT - Carrier index ratio for 2nd and 3rd operators.
