Pemmican Bars - Ancient Survival Food from Grass Fed Beef, 2 oz

We are in the process of moving the production to a much larger facility so to  be able to take large orders and no delays. We don't yet have a target date but hoping sometime by mid 2026. Authentic Pemmican bars made with 100% Grass Fed Beef and Grass Fed Beef Tallow. The Beef comes from sources that have committed to excluding the use of mRNA vaccines in their animals. We have taken every possible step to allow for the longest shelf life, from the drying process, water activity testing (on every batch), package materials and the nitrogen flush during sealing to remove any oxygen or moisture. Bars do not have an expiration date stamped but rather a creation date. We are confident the bars if stored properly have a min. shelf life of 10 years but many info sources suggest it could be 25 years or even more. The bars are actually formed in a traditional chocolate bar mold. The reason is that we are able to have five scored break away pieces, so that you can just break off a piece or two
