Dried Lavender Florets in Bulk Sizes

Our dried Lavender florets are organically grown, harvested and processed right here at Purple Haze. All varieties are triple-sifted using a couple of machines that Jose invented himself! We offer two varieties: Grosso (Lavandula intermedia) is very aromatic and contains one of the highest concentrations of oil of any lavender species, making it excellent for sachets and the like. Grosso florets retain their scent for a remarkably long time.   Royal Velvet (Lavandula angustifolia) this is the lavender found in our culinary lavender tins. The beautiful, dark-purple buds are sweetly scented and excellent for all culinary applications. They also retain their color and scent for years when stored correctly.
