Unbleached Cotton Cheesecloth

Originally designed for straining and wrapping cheese, this loosely-woven cotton gauze is also excellent for poaching, stuffing poultry, canning, wrapping and wine making. It also happens to be great for making what the French call a "bouquet garni", perfect for making custom sized pouches for infusing liquid with our lavender florets!  Because it is lint-free, it performs equally well as a cleaning and polishing tool. Each package measures 36 x 108" Made of 100% cotton, it can be machine washed.
