Hand-building Class

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the mindful art of hand-building ceramics. Over the six-week course, you’ll learn foundational techniques like slab-building and pinching clay. These skills will enable you to create a variety of functional and beautiful pieces, including mugs, vases, planters, trays, bowls, and dishes. The class includes two glazing sessions where you’ll have another opportunity to add your personal touch. Expect to create a minimum of 4 to 6 finished items, with many participants crafting even more.
