The mixture depends on the brand and may consist of baby romaine, baby spinach, baby cilantro, baby parsley, etc. Baby herb is a great base for building a healthy salad. No foul odor.  Storage The baby herb should be stored at 32°F - 36°F (0°C - 2°C) with a relative humidity of ninety-five to a hundred percent and with light mist for loose packaging. The typical shelf life is ten to fourteen days. High humidity is important to avoid wilting. High temperature promotes deterioration and leaf breakdown. Baby herb is highly sensitive to ethylene, a naturally occurring gas that regulates ripening.
