~30 - 35 lbs Cranberry Bean aka "Borlotti Bean", "Gadhra Bean", "Roman Bean", "Rosecoco Bean", "Saluggia Bean",  "Suan-Guo-Man-Dou", "Man-Yue-Mei-Dou", "酸果蔓豆", "蔓越莓豆" Cranberry beans are shelling beans with smooth, pinkish, oval-shaped pods and dark-pink speckles. Inside, the beans are pearl white with dark pink specks. The dark pink specks on the bean fade when it is cooked. They have a sweet, chestnut-like flavor. It is commonly used in soups or simmered with grains and vegetables. Cranberry bean is available year-round. Handling Tip Selection The pods are firm and plump with no brown or black discoloration.
