Heart Silicone Macaron Baking Mat

  Cake decorator’s of any ability can use this heart shaped Macaron Making Mat. Before using for the first time, wash your mold in hot water (at 50°C/122°F) or in the dishwasher. You should also grease the mold with oil to improve its natural non-stick design - this isn’t necessary after the first use. Following the recipe, if you wish, simply pour your Macaron Mix (available in white, red and pink) into the silicone mold and bake in the oven. Once cooked, allow to cool completely before removing your macarons - simply flex the mold to pop out each lovely macaron half. Simply squeeze your filling and there you have it. A batch of 36-delightful and consistent heart-shaped macarons.   How to Use: Oven safe up to 230°C / 446°F. Freezer is safe as low as -60°C /- 76°F. Wash before first and after each use.
