Our Aged Silver Needle comes from the home of white tea, Fuding in northeast Fujian Province. Only the most robust buds hand-picked from Fuding big white tea tree cultivars make the grade. Then highly skilled hands tend to the tea while sun drying to ensure maximum tea down/fur remains attached to the buds. This down/fur stores the classic Chinese herb and fur tip fragrance and flavor. The tea's soothing texture with its shiny apricot dark yellow hues hides not even a wisp of bitterness nor astringency. What is does deliver is a relaxing brew with a long natural sweet finish.
