TASTING NOTES Our 2011 has a bright medium red color with complex notes of driedherbs and classic Cabernet aromatics. The aromas are restrained,but deep, promising good evolution. The wine’s entry on the palateis fresh and smooth with bright black and red fruit flavorsthrough the middle and finish. The wine is structured more by itsacidity than by its tannins, and as a result is bright, refreshing, andapproachable.
