The Wine  94 Points - James Suckling 94 Points - Jeb Dunnuck  Sonoma Valley. The 2015 Audace is 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc. 75% barrel fermented. Left 18-21 days on skins. Aged 20 months in 75% new French Oak. The alcohol content is 14.1% Mr. Hoefliger’s Tasting Notes Color: Deep shiny garnet with touches of apple red on the rim.On the Nose: Beautiful nose of ripe blackberries, cedar wood, cinnamon, fern, black truffle with a hint of minerality.On the Palate: Soft & velvety entrance, evolving on a fresh mid-palate and lingering on fresh cut elderberries, tomato sauce, oregano and bay leaf.   James Suckling, 94 Points: "A firm and silky red with blackberry and blueberry character.
