The Wine From Parr Vineyards, the 2017 Knights Valley "Aurae," Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay. 100% barrel fermented. Aged 18 months in 80% French Oak. The alcohol content is 15.6% Tasting Notes Color: Bright, shiny straw with touches of creme brûlée and orange on the rim. On the Nose: Explosive notes with touches of honey, vanilla, creme brûlée, caramel, apricot and pineapple with butterscotch On the Palate: Beautiful, round entrance with touches of honey evolving on fresh mid-palate with lemon, blood orange, lingering on yellow cherry with cured pineapple and starfruit
