Penofin Pro-Tech Brightener re-establishes the Ph balance of your wood after stripping and cleaning and brightens gray weathered wood to bring back that mill-bright color. Surface Preparation: Sweep the surface with a stiff broom or brush or use a power blower. Use Penofin Pro-Tech Stripper (Step #1) if needed to remove old stain and Penofin Pro-Tech Cleaner (Step #2) to prepare the area. Penofin Pro-Tech Brightener is most effective at temperatures where wood is not hot to the touch. Protect bordering metal surfaces. Dampen surrounding vegetation with water. Application: Depending on desired strength, add 1-2 cup
