The amount of calcium in your saltwater aquarium has a very large impact on your marine life. With too much calcium in reef tanks, the alkalinity levels tend to drop. This affects the buffering capability of the aquarium water, which causes fluctuations to occur and can lead to tissue detachment and other issues with your corals. With too little calcium, the growth rate of your corals will be inhibited and the stability of the elements in the salinity lines of your water will be lowered. When you utilize Aragonite A, especially alongside Aragonite B and C, the calcium levels in your tank need not be a point of contention for you anymore.
