Bonfire

Studio Series Shipment August, 2020 This month’s colorway, Bonfire, was inspired by the burning hot embers of the bonfire that Christen sat around nightly while visiting family this summer. This colorway started with a wash of Graphite to mimic the ashes in the fire pit. Blurple 😂 and Just Peachy with light-handed speckles of neon yellow signify the smoldering embers. In the Blind is both a new color for Queen City Yarn and the perfect hot pop of 🔥 safety orange.  This month’s Studio Series was dyed on a 2 ply sport weight yarn. We love how soft this yarn is and how much it bloomed after dyeing. This made it a perfect yarn to use for something to go around the neck. We added in a fun bright NoDa Sock Mini as an extra pop of color and we hope you love the combo as much as we do!  The Want S'more Cowl by Janis Ficker features Bonfire.
