Queens x Jampot Wild Strawberry and Gochugaru Jam

Introducing Queens x Jampot Wild Strawberry and Gochugaru jam made in collaboration with our friends at Jampot. Based in Seoul, South Korea, Jampot creates handcrafted specialty preserves made with peak season, organically grown fruit around Korea. Their syrupy concoctions  are whimsical, creative, and always delicious. We fused the classic flavors of sweet Korean wild strawberries with Northern California grown Hong Gochu peppers that we transform into gochugaru. It’s a nod to both our roots and a real appreciation for exquisite produce colliding from two worlds, grown under the same sun. This jam has a vibrant acidity and is bursting with sweetness before the spicy notes kick in.
