Farm grown red jalapeños are harvested in the Fall during peak pepper season and are cold smoked for two days then dried. We powder them and blend with 100% garlic powder, maple sugar, and a little sea salt to balance out the flavors, creating a spicy, smokey and very garlicky blend. Great sprinkled on baked potatoes, in sour cream for tacos, home fries, chili, stews, Mac and cheese, and sprinkle in meat marinades. Small 1 oz jar
