Dill Garlic Scape Pickles

Hardneck garlic produces a green flower stalk in June that when picked tender, makes a wonderfully tasty and unique pickle. Our jars are packed tightly with garlic scapes, apple cider vinegar, onions, spices and our own fresh dill grown on our farm. A unique farm pickle with a texture reminiscent to a firm asparagus with a mild garlic flavor. This pickle is for those who love the flavor of a vinegar based dill pickles. Use as a stand alone pickle or cut up and use in chicken, pasta, or potato salads.
