Pickled Garlic- Sweet Herb

Our sweet herb pickled garlic is sweet, zesty, a little crunchy, and filled with garlicky flavor. Ours starts with really good fresh garlic, we use Vietnamese purple stripe garlic which is just the right size for a bite and has a sweeter flavor. These pickles are excellent as a substitute for fresh garlic so toss a few in marinades and puree, eat them like a pickle, make beautiful martini or bloody mary garnishes, chop up in pasta, potato, or chicken salads, and add them to salad dressings for garlicky zing. Keeps for weeks once opened in the refrigerator and once finished, use the brine for salad dressings.  8 oz jar $9
