Healed - a Collection from "BRAVE"

The story behind “Brave” Early one morning I received a call from a dear friend of mine, in tears as she was just given terrible news of a severe health condition that she was facing. I could hear the overwhelming, frightened sadness in her voice. Immediately, my heart began to hurt for her and as soon as we finished our call I began to lift her up in prayer. As I was praying and interceding for her the Lord began speaking to me. I grabbed my phone and started noting everything He was saying to me. It was a beautiful yet powerful poetic word full of hope, life, and the promises of God. This poem “Brave” has brought much comfort and peace to her, myself, and others who have heard it. I know the Lord wants it shared with others. I can recall countless times throughout my life when I felt hopeless, broken, and afraid.
