Designer and friend Gail Fraser brings us her Bubble Hat, knit in our extra-fine merino, Phoebe, an irresistibly cozy design for all ages. Worked in the round from the bottom up, it begins with a tidy twisted-rib brim before transitioning into soft stockinette. From there, Gail’s clever technique of intentionally dropping down and picking up stitches creates the hat’s signature bubble texture: light, dimensional, and undeniably cool.
