Whipped Honey with cinnamon and sea salt 

Made in very small batches, we whipped this honey into a frothy confection with just a touch of cinnamon and sea salt for depth of flavor. Add a teaspoon to hot lemon water when you’re feeling a little under the weather or a good dollop to your favorite hot toddy Some people spread it on toast with peanut butter and bananas. Don’t know who would do that, but maybe it’s you. No judgment here. Honey comes from our beehives here at Quixote Farm.
