Function  Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is one of the antioxidant proteins. SOD catalyzes the dismutation of superoxide anion to hydrogen peroxide, which is subsequently detoxified to oxygen and water by catalase or glutathione peroxidase. SOD does not bind to cellular membranes and is rapidly excreted from the kidney, therefore it has the functions on anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging etc. Ingredients  Selenium, lycopene and other plant extracts
