Glacier Bay Sunset

One of the many highlights of our trip to Alaska was to witness a world heritage site and national park, Glacier Bay. We spend the day cruising into the inlets taking in the beauty of the tidewater glaciers. The few remaining walls of ice, hundreds of feet high, are only a remnant of a massive river of ice, over 100 miles long and thousands of feet deep, that occupied the entire bay, just 250 years ago. We look in awe on the wonderland that nature created, our prayer is that future generations will also have the privilege to witness this as well. This is Glacier Bay Sunset - National Park, AK.
