We fold juicy strawberries and earthy sweet sunflower seed butter into Dominican dark chocolate, crafting a jammy, nutty, milky bar. Traditionally, gianduja is a chocolate with at least 30% hazelnut paste. Since we are entirely nut-free, we used sunflower seed butter instead of hazelnuts to create that creamy texture and nutty-but-nut-free flavor. The strawberries add a jammy contrast to the earthy sunflower seed butter. This bar tastes like a PB&J!
