What is Ultra Premium Mountain Grass? Mountain Grass is grown at a higher elevation and is comprised of a variety of wild grasses that grow in a mountain meadow. The fields are harvested in the spring and early summer. The 2022 Ultra Premium Mountain Grass we have in stock is currently a 8/10. This year's Mountain Grass is a good example of what Mountain Grass should be. The only reason it doesn't receive a 10/10 is that the Brome is more prevalent.
