Genuine raccoon tails, these beauties average 9"-11" for the regular size. Extra long average 12"-14" (as shown in the last picture the difference in size between regular and XL.) Variations of gray, red, and brown run between tails, and each has a slightly different striping pattern. Because of how we set in the grommets, the leather WILL be exposed near the top of the tail. We do not stitch or glue it down, to allow the keychain to move more freely and keep the grommet secure.
