Oil painting on a piece of a solid wood drawer of jars of tomato passata 14 3/4 x 4 1/8 x 1/2 inches2021 A note about the surface: Wood is a natural material so it has a tendency to move – meaning it may swell, shrink, warp or crack in relation to changes in temperature and humidity. Although these drawer pieces are quite old, they may still be suseptible to these kind of changes. I am willing to accept this as a part of reusing a material that would have otherwise been discarded.
