The Malone J-Pro2 all steel frames are triple layered inside and outside with a corrosion resistant coating and finished with a silver powder coated UV resistant paint that delivers both looks and performance. The Malone J-Pro2 will safely transport all kayak shapes and sizes including whitewater, recreational and sea kayaks. The heavy duty steel frame can handle boats up to 34" wide and weighing up to 75 pounds, making the J-Pro2 a great choice for carrying larger fishing and sit-on-top kayaks. The Malone J-Pro2 kayak carrier is equipped with universal mounting hardware, allowing it to quickly mount on most aftermarket roof racks including Thule, Yakima and most factory rack crossbars. The J-Pro2 includes two bow stern safety straps and two 12' cam buckle tie-down straps to securely tie-down and transport your kayaks.
