Constructed with powder coated aluminum Clamp on installation-no drilling required All mounting hardware is included The Vantech H3 Aluminum 2 Bar Aerodynamic Van Utility Ladder Rack with Rubber End Caps can hold up to 500 lbs. The aerodynamic, extruded aluminum cross bars are 3" x 1.5" oblong shaped with built-in channels top and bottom for mounting optional accessories. The aerodynamic shape helps minimize noise and increase fuel efficiency. The included rubber bar guards insert into the top channels to help protect the crossbars. The mounting uprights have an 8" extra wide base and the rack is 7" tall overall. The aluminum upright bases are approximately 1/8" thick at the base and fasten into the slot on the bottom of the cross bars.
