It's aerodynamically designed for fuel efficiency and to help minimize wind noise. The rack is bolted to the factory installed fixed mounting points on the roof of the Nissan NV200 - no drilling is required. All mounting hardware is included. The maximum load capacity is 600 lbs - evenly distributed. The aerodynamic, oblong shaped reinforced aluminum cross bars have built-in channels top and bottom for mounting optional accessories. The J1520 has a low profile design with an overall height of 6.25".
