*** NEW ITEM *** Description This raclette melter for a block of raclette cheese is designated for the preparation of a traditional raclette by "melting and scraping", as well as for grilling meat, fish and vegetables. Practically all square cheeses we sell are suitable (cut them, if necessary). This set includes a raclette cheese holder, sturdy base and quartz light mechanism for melting cheese. The cheese holder swivels (360 degree) and slants downward (45 degree) to ease the scraping of melted cheese. The removable grill plate has a non-stick coating and is placed on top of the heater. The distance of the cheese to the heating source is automatically regulated when turning the cheese around a spindle during the melting process. Made in Switzerland!
