Description The Zinal Raclette Melter is suitable for use in a restaurant or other professional environment. It can hold a 1/2 wheel of cheese or a rectangular piece of cheese. Features include an elevating and lowering system, which allows for the cheese to be moved the preferred distance from the heating unit. Once the cheese is melted tip the individual unit to scrape off the cheese. The whole unit may be swiveled out from under the heating element to cease melting.
