Cheddar Broccoli Soup Quick Mix4½ cups water3¼ cups instant rice2 Tbsp. butter, melted1½ cups thinly sliced or diced ham1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Pour into a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until liquid is no longer visible in dish.
