A quick and easy-to-make chowder that is thick and delicious and can be made with corn,  potatoes, or both! (scroll for recipes) Sausage & Corn Chowder Loaded Roasted Corn and Potato Chowder There are many ways to use Rada’s Quick Mixes! Amazing when prepared as directed on the package and equally tasty when used in other recipes too. Sausage & Corn Chowder ½ lb. country sausage (mild or spicy)1 pkg. Roasted Corn Chowder Quick Mix4 cups milk1 cup corn (if using canned, drain)1 bunch green onions (greens only, thinly sliced) Cook sausage in a skillet until done. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease and set aside.In a two-quart saucepan, whisk the Roasted Corn Chowder Quick Mix into the milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add sausage and corn and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
