Island Coconut Sweet Dip

(scroll for recipes) Fresh Fruit Pizza There are many ways to use Rada’s Quick Mixes! Amazing when prepared as directed on the package and equally tasty when used in other recipes too. Fresh Fruit Pizza 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough8 oz. cream cheese, softened½ pkg. Island Coconut Quick Mix2 to 3 cups sliced fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, red or green grapes)Toasted coconut (optional) Spread cookie dough onto a round baking stone and bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and let cool. While cookie dough is cooling, mix ½ package of Quick Mix with the softened cream cheese. Spread flavored cream cheese mixture evenly over cooled cookie. Arrange fresh fruit over cream cheese. Sprinkle toasted coconut over top of fruit if desired.
