Sally’s Lambs®  is a compassionate outreach that celebrates adoption by cherishing birth moms. Our heart is to help birth mothers, who choose adoption, to know that they are loved and never alone. This ministry hopes to carry out the legacy of love of Sally DeAngelo. She was once a teen mom who placed her son for adoption. Later in life, she got married, had four more children, and compassionately ministered to unwed mothers. (She and her husband brought young mothers and children into their own home caring for them materially and spiritually.) and committed many years of her life volunteering at her local pregnancy care center. Her daughter, Joy DeAngelo Bowman, was one of the first Board members of The Radiance Foundation. Financial and material contributions given to The Radiance Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are fully tax-deductible and enable us to offer hope, healing, and love to those who’ve chosen the beautiful option of adoption.
