Scallions - per bunch

4 oz bunch of fresh scallions (or green onions). These are succulent green onions that are great sliced and added to anything to add a punch of allium goodness. You can use the whole piece, from the dark green tops through to the white part. We do recommend cutting off and discarding the root, or if you set it in some water, your scallions will regrow! We love adding it to marinades, salads or to roasted vegetables right before serving!
