Swag is a opal additive that sustains itself in the epoxy giving it a 3D effect.  It staggers in layers.  You can use this on the base of a tumbler or drizzle it through any project. This glitter is solvent resistant & will not dull under solvents like nail polish or epoxy.  It is great for handmade crafts, nails, body painting, hair art & Tumblers.
