Ham

Hands down our family's favorite cut of meat! Small and medium size hams are ideal for family dinners or small gatherings, but our larger size hams will feed a crowd! We now offer uncured, or fresh ham, for those who wish to smoke their own. If not designated as uncured, the ham is already cured and has a naturally smoky flavor. Please see the drop down menu for curing options and sizes.  Variations: Small- average 5-6 lbs Medium- average 7 lbs  Large- average 8-10 lbs XL- average 12-15 lbs.
