East Side Flamingo Truffles

To celebrate the coming of summer, here’s a tongue-in-cheek greeting for Maine’s snowbirds, returning in flocks from their sunnier southern shores. Our East Side Flamingo Truffles feature a white chocolate ganache center flavored with vanilla beans and fresh ginger, and fortified with dark rum. They are enrobed in our 56% single origin, direct-trade bittersweet chocolate and adorned with pink flamingos.  On the 2024 Eat Drink Lucky “Must Eat List”, this special one flavor assortment is around for only a limited time.  Available in 8-, 18-, and 28-piece boxes.
