This fresh and rustic red is a blend based mostly on the Touriga Nacional grape alongside a handful of others to finish. The grapes were hand-harvested then entirely destemmed before fermenting in a combination of cement vats and stainless steel tanks. The wine was briefly aged in older oak barrels for a few months before bottling.
