100% Viognier The idea to create this wine came from historical books that describe a white wine from the northern Rhône region made from Viognier.  The base of this sparkling wine is made from a fresh harvest, which provides the wine with balance. The second fermentation in the bottle is carried out by adding a late harvest, which brings richness and complexity. Traditional Viognier notes with peach, apricot and citrus fruit. A fresh and fruity sparkling wine. Light and soft bubbles. A fresh mouth with rich Viognier aromas balanced with a nice acidity.  12% ABV
