Most shirts and hoodies are unisex, unless you specifically ask for a different fit or the selections specifies.  Machine wash inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. For best results, use mild detergent and avoid the use of fabric softener.   Please note that there are sizing guides listed in top menu bar and in the listing photos.
