Parent Coaching Sessions

Do you have a burning question?  Is this "typical" development?  What should I expect? How can I support typical development?  How does my behavior or the way I interact with my child influence my child's development and well-being.  What can I expected supporting a child who has experienced childhood adversity or trauma?  What does this child need to thrive? My child already gets OT but I want more understanding of how sensory processing differences impacts behavior and regulation.  This may address how does sensory, motor or emotional differences impact my child.  My child is having behaviors at school.  What questions do I ask the school to better understand what might be happening.  My child is being referred for Special Education and I want to know what to expect or how to best be a part of the team.  This is intended for parents or caregivers who are not current Rainbow Tree clients but rather parents who are seeking better understanding or knowledge from a general standpoint.
