Cocheco Asian Plum

Prunus salicina x 'Cocheco' A stunning red-leafed plum that is both beautiful and productive! It is an upright, vigorous tree with attractive, flavorful, round, pinkish-orange fruit with yellow flesh. Developed by Elwyn Meader of New Hampshire, it is disease resistant, very winter hardy, and easy to grow. Ripens in late July. It needs an Asian plum as a pollinizer.
