S&S Cycle - PROVEN Performance Stealth series air cleaners are one of the best air cleaners on the market for performance and stock applications. S&S stealth intakes include and "stinger cone" to efficiently direct air into your carb or throttle body and reduce turbulence for increased flow and performance. The new backing plates are threaded and include shouldered bolts so mounting screws need to be threaded in, drop through then threaded into the carb or throttle body. This prevents mounting bolts from backing out and being sucked into your engine , in turn potentially saving your thousands of dollars!  For stock and S&S fuel system applications Kits include backing plate, reusable - hi flow filter and hardware Shouldered mounting bolts and threaded backing plate to prevent hardware from being sucked into the engine.
