Mystery Blend

Every week here at RamsHead we roast hundreds and sometimes thousands of pounds of single origin award winning coffees. Often times, the end of each batch has a small amount of roasted coffee left over. In most cases 6oz or less. Over the course of the week we sometimes collect as much as 10lbs of amazing single origin coffees, but not in large enough batches to sell on their own. So the question becomes what do we do with it? Here are a few of our current uses. 1. We mix it, bag it, take it home and drink unique mystery blends of coffee, which is what we are going to make available for you! 2. We sometimes use for online photos. 3. We sometimes give away as samples etc. 4. We brew it here in the roaster during work hours. 5. And sometimes it gets left wondering around the warehouse without a home. So......... We are making our Mystery Blend available to you. Each week as we roast, any remaining coffee will be blended together creating a true mystery of coffee flavors and profiles. Wha
