Ladies fit, running a bit smaller than most our tops Medium fits a 6-8 Medium measures  27" long, 20" armpit to armpit & 24" long sleeves I wear an 8-10 top & preferred the fit of the large 65% Cotton, 35% Tencel Machine wash cold
